is the second most popular language in the world: about half a billion people
use this language for communication. This is the main language of the Latin
American countries; this is the native language for 19 countries, most of them
are friendly countries to Russia. In this regard, and taking into account that
there will soon be held the International Parliamentary Conference “Russia –
Latin America”, the official website of the State Duma got its Spanish-language version,”
