“According to the results of the Tokyo War Crimes Trial (1946–1948) JAPAN WAS RECOGNIZED AS AN AGRESSOR STATE and received a corresponding punishment,” emphasized the Chairman of the State Duma.
According to Vyacheslav Volodin, “nowadays, Tokyo says nothing about the bloody violence conducted by Japan in China, Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore and some other territories in the Southeast Asia.”
“OUR COUNTRY STOPPED THIS. By defeating a multi-million Kwantung Army in Manchuria. And the price of the Victory in World War II was very high – loss of 27 million people,” emphasized Vyacheslav Volodin.
“Modern Japanese politicians, officials, who try to rewrite the results of World War II, should remember history and its lessons,” he concluded.
