“Burevestnik. No one believed in that, but the President did, and kept it under control. A most advanced, powerful weapon has been created. The development of the Burevestnik made it possible to test the Poseidon. These are unique weapons in the world. The President monitored the situation with the implementation of this project from start to finish. We see the result: an increase in the country's defense capability,” said Vyacheslav Volodin.
According to him, “those who insult us abroad should be ready to bow to our Supreme Commander-in-Chief and beg him not to use these weapons.” “They try not to talk about that now,” added the Chairman of the State Duma.
Vyacheslav Volodin emphasized that those who are responsible for the economy “should follow the President's example.”
Earlier, the Russian Federation successfully tested the Burevestnik missile. The Burevestnik remained in the air for nearly 15 hours and passed 14,000 kilometers. Later, President Vladimir Putin announced that Russia had successfully tested the Poseidon nuclear-powered underwater vehicle.
