According to Vyacheslav Volodin, the parliamentarians ask Macron to resign with the disbanded cabinet of ministers, but he will try to cling to power by any means, despite the fact that political parties have already announced a motion for impeachment.

“By interfering in the internal affairs of other states, fighting for his personal power in the European Union, being vain and incompetent, Macron has finally lost the trust of citizens and brought the country to a crisis in all areas,” the Chairman of the State Duma emphasized.

He recalled that France's national debt has reached 3.4 trillion euros — about 114% of GDP — and continues to increase. “The economy is on the verge of stagnation — growth in 2025 is projected at 0.6%. This is lower number than the average in the eurozone (0.9%). There is a decline in industrial production,” Vyacheslav Volodin also stressed.

“Macron gets rid of more popular politicians by depriving them of their voting rights. But this did not help him. France cannot stand the 8-year disgrace of its president Macron anymore. And his problem is himself,” concluded the Chairman of the State Duma.
