“The European Parliament and the European Union, pursuing such a policy, only show their weakness. Only weak people would act like this, while prohibiting communication, building a dialogue, but they show this way that their policy is not supported by everyone,” said Vyacheslav Volodin.
The Chairman of the State Duma notes that the Russian side stands for multipolarity and a just world order.
“When this prison of nations — the European Union —used to welcome new members, they talked about one thing. Now there is a completely different atmosphere, different decisions and politicians, having run down, who are afraid of losing their power, and are doing everything to limit communication between their colleagues, parliamentarians and member states of this organization,” said the Chairman of the State Duma.
The Chairman of the CSTO PA noted that the Assembly “is a completely different international institution”. “Our organization is open to dialogue. We are doing everything to discuss issues on the principles of mutual respect. All those who are here today have the opportunity not only to express their opinions. This is important,” said Vyacheslav Volodin.
