Serbia wants to join BRICS, as notes the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin Volodin Vyacheslav Victorovich Volodin

The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
on his Telegram channel. According to him, this decision is considered as an alternative to the European Union, since the country does not see it as a partner.

“More and more countries understand that BRICS is a prospect and guarantee of a multipolar world. Participants and observers of the association are not blackmailed, there are no absurd conditions for cooperation, and there is no interference in the sovereign affairs of these countries, unlike the European Union. Such a policy of Washington and Brussels, as we see, has had the opposite effect,” emphasized Vyacheslav Volodin.

As the Chairman of the State Duma noted, the economic numbers of the BRICS countries are much bigger than the numbers of the G7. The European Union is stagnating: the GDP is shrinking in Germany, Austria, Finland, Estonia, the industry is incurring significant losses, he adds.

Vyacheslav Volodin also added that “BRICS unites 10 countries and 45% of the world's population, and more than 30 more countries show interest in participating in it”. Representatives of more than three dozen countries will come to the BRICS Summit in Kazan, according to him.

“The time of the hegemony of Washington and Brussels is almost over. Countries choose the path of equal dialogue and mutually beneficial cooperation in the interests of people, and not to please the United States and its proxies. Future belongs to BRICS, which has already become the largest economic center,” emphasized Vyacheslav Volodin.
