The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
arrived in the Republic of Nicaragua.
On behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, Vyacheslav Volodin represents Russia at the ceremonial events dedicated to the 45th anniversary of the Sandinista Revolution, which will be held on July 19 in Managua.
During the working visit of the Chairman of the State Duma, it is expected to discuss issues of cooperation between Russia and Nicaragua, as well as further development of the inter-parliamentary dialogue. The Chairman of the State Duma will also address the members of the National Assembly of Nicaragua at the plenary meeting, Vyacheslav Volodin will also hold negotiations with Gustavo Porras Cortés, President of the National Assembly of Nicaragua.
