and the PARLACEN President Amado
Cerrud Acevedo signed a special agreement granting the State Duma an observer
status at the Central American Parliament (PARLACEN).
The possible signing of the agreement was discussed at the meeting of Vyacheslav Volodin and Amado Cerrud Acevedo held on September 29.
