The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
stressed that the US President Joe Biden “is a deeply sick and miserable man”.
“There are no qualified medical doctors in the USA that could deal with his health issues and could heal him. There are such specialists in our Serbsky Center, thus it would be right if our international affairs units proposed to provide him medical assistance,” said the Chairman of the State Duma.
Vyacheslav Volodin emphasized that Biden’s health issues affect not only him but the whole planet. “Taking into account the fact that the USA is creating more and more tensions in the world, it would be right for him to focus on his health. And all specialists, the best specialist from all over the world, should help him,” added the Chairman of the State Duma.
Vyacheslav Volodin suggested that the Committee on International Affairs could offer such help to their US colleagues. “It would be humane and timely on the part of the International Committee. There is no other way. And of course there is medical confidentiality which makes us to be correct and so on, but he is a public politician. That is why it is important to take care of his health because it is also health of the American nation and many other states. Just look: Europe has the same symptoms,” added the Chairman of the State Duma.
