Both chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the State Duma and the Federation Council, approved the outcome report of the Parliamentary Commission on Investigation into Circumstances Related to Creation of Biological Laboratories by American Specialists on the Territory of Ukraine.
The outcome report consists of 200 pages and contains facts of the US criminal activity in Ukraine.

The document will be sent to the President, the Government, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Investigative Committee and the Commissioner for Human Rights.
