made a statement after the discussion of the report of the Parliamentary Commission on Investigation into Activities of the US Biological Laboratories in Ukraine:
“Vyacheslav Viktorovich, dear colleagues!
Today we are discussing the results of the parliamentary investigation, during which we have found indisputable evidence of consistent and systemic violations of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development of Biological and Toxin Weapons by the United States of America implementing its military biological programs on the territory of Ukraine, in fact, near Russia’s borders. The USA poses a real threat to the security of not only our state, the life and health of our people, but the entire planet.
I will highlight the most important things.
The first is the enormity of the tasks. We had to work in the conditions of a tough geopolitical confrontation, the complete refusal of the “Westerners” to cooperate on the subject of the investigation, and the US officials also absolutely did not want to interact with us.
The second is the attempts of Washington and its controlled Nazi Kiev regime to hide the traces of their illegal actions. They hastily destroyed research materials, laboratory equipment in the liberated territories, and massively exported strains of biomaterials. Many witnesses, and these are Ukrainian biologists, experts, either disappeared or faced real threats.
And the third is the efficiency of solving tasks. We literally had to follow the criminals, as well as their accomplices, tag along, collecting evidence of their crimes.
We have received eyewitness testimony, including representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine who undertook retraining in special US military institutions, whose duties were to work in these American biological laboratories in Ukraine. We have collected unique documents, materials, technical means, that were used for conducting research, giving grounds to assert that the Americans used biological laboratories located in Ukraine for their own illegal purposes.
In fact, the Pentagon revived the practice of Nazi Germany and militaristic Japan: there were experiments on people conducted in the US military laboratories, and at the same time they spent huge amounts of money on bribing the government of Ukraine to conceal their inhuman experiments.
It is no coincidence that there were many attempts by the US State Department to discredit the results of the parliamentary investigation by publishing a whole series of false reports and statements. Trying to hastily form a favorable public opinion, denying the obvious, the Americans acted in fact as fraudsters hiding from justice.
At the same time, we see that the USA is currently striving to develop and stockpile biological weapons in Ukraine.
That is why we should use all available opportunities so that the world will see the real mortal danger posed to humanity by the US military biological programs. And I think we need to continue our work in this direction, as Irina Anatolyevna spoke about that.
And the conclusions and proposals of the Parliamentary Commission are presented to you, dear colleagues. I ask you to support them.
