by the US Department of State is an expression of hysteria and fear. “The Department
of State’s report is an expression of hysteria and fear. It is obvious that the parliamentary investigation ruined their plans to remain undetected in the project aimed at military-biological occupation of the world, which is being conducted
under false humanitarian cooperation.” The USA did not expect that the fact about
the main beneficiary of the project, the Pentagon, would be revealed, and that means
that the facts of deception of the citizens of the countries where such “false
cooperation” took place would also be revealed, as said the Co-Chair of the Commission.

on the campaign launched by the United States of America aimed at discrediting
the results of the Russian Parliamentary Commission: “On the eve of the announcement of the results of the work of the Russian Parliamentary Commission
on Investigation into Activities of Biological Laboratories in Ukraine, the USA
has launched a broad campaign to discredit those results. The monitoring
conducted by the Commission revealed that there was a series of publications
promoted by the Department of State with the support of the US Agency for Global Media, in which they tried to make ridiculous excuses and doubted the obvious. Such techniques are used by the perpetrators of crimes in order to avoid just punishment.
Vasily Piskarev is convinced that the USA “has something to hide and something to fear,” since the Parliamentary Commission with experts and witnesses had revealed the illegal and inhumane activities of those US laboratories in Ukraine. Taking into account the fact that there are the US biological laboratories in other countries, it will be difficult to deny it after publication of the results of the Commission’s investigation.
“That is why the Americans try to hastily form public opinion in a favorable way for them. But now there is an undeniable truth: all the secrets become clear. Wait for that!” added the Chairman of the Commission on Investigation into Foreign Interference in Russia’s Internal Affairs.
“Our appeal to the parliaments of the world with a proposal to study and evaluate the DTRA treaties seriously frightened and became a trigger for all those fuss and implausible excuses. Russia has always stood and will stand for an honest dialogue with the world,” said Irina Yarovaya.
