The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
recalled that nine years ago, after a coup d'état Washington
seized power in Kiev, and established a puppet Nazi regime there.
“In order to maintain its power in Ukraine, Washington, together with the Kiev regime, deprived people of political rights and freedoms, destroyed the opposition: they closed objectionable media, banned political parties, persecuted religious representatives. Nobody cared about the Ukrainian people. The country had been simply plundered. The United States of America has always done the same with its colonies,” he stressed.
According to the Chairman of the State Duma, Ukraine was used as a testbed by Washington and NATO for its weapons and new methods of war.
“They do not care about losses: Ukrainians are considered as consumable material. There are the US instructors and mercenaries there. They started to supply heavy weapons to save the Kiev regime,” added Vyacheslav Volodin.
“That means the direct participation of Washington in the military operations, the fear of losing its colony,” he stressed.
“The special military operation has become a liberation of the citizens of Ukraine and the Slavic lands from the American colonizers. Yankees, get out of Ukraine!” concluded Vyacheslav Volodin.
