The parliamentarian recalled that Russia’s special operation aimed at protecting the residents of the DPR and LPR had provided an opportunity to learn more about the real facts of the political, economic and military-biological occupation of Ukraine by the United States of America.
“The United States has
consistently occupied Ukraine in the political, economic and military-biological aspects. The current system of external government control in Ukraine has become the starting point for the United States to make the Ukrainian authorities conclude agreements that were definitely against the interests of people of Ukraine,” emphasized Irina Yarovaya

According to the Co-Chair of the Commission, the political occupation of Ukraine by the United States of America had aggravated the healthcare system “The citizens of Ukraine were completely unprotected from infectious diseases.”
“The healthcare system in Ukraine would not be aggravated if the United States had not decided to start political occupation, economic dependence, and the United States had consistently been dragging Ukraine into that. It started with Maidan events and methadone therapy: in fact, there was a deliberate mass involvement of the younger generation in drug use under the guise of substitution therapy,” the parliamentarian added.
“Those military laboratories that the United States of America continues to create around the world are another system of dependence of the whole world on the United States, only in a more dangerous aspect of the possibility of saving lives,” she emphasized.
“In fact, the US is creating a massive network to control the number of people living in different countries. That is not an exaggeration, that is a reality. How and what mechanism the United States plans to use — the world should know the answers to these questions, ”said Irina Yarovaya.
The Co-Chair of the Commission noted the importance of Russia's work aimed at investigating those facts: it could help “to save all people and all countries from the real threat that is being created today in the US military biological laboratories.”
Irina Yarovaya added that
the work of the Commission had already gotten important results.
“The Commission helped the Ministry of Defense to get new information. We are questioning witnesses and we have revealed several unknown facts about technological, unified way and development of the creation of laboratories in Ukraine,” she said.

to the DPR and LPR, it was possible to get
new information about the veterinary laboratory in Mariupol. The experts
continue to study the biomaterials found there, but they have already found many
samples of cholera.
“In addition, today we have discussed in detail the origin of smallpox and the great interest of the United States and its research in different countries related to smallpox and its varieties,” emphasized Irina Yarovaya.
The Co-Chair of the Commission also noted the importance of cooperation with the Government of the Russian Federation: “Our task as parliament is to do everything within the framework of such cooperation to ensure that the operational information we receive about real threats that may face Russian citizens is studied promptly and integrated measures are being developed to protect the biological safety of Russian citizens.”
“And the third point, which we consider very important in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense, is that those events being conducted within the framework of the special operation give an opportunity to create security measures for people of Ukraine. We also consider this as an essential issue, as our task,” concluded Irina Yarovaya.
