A draft resolution “On supporting the initiative on parliamentary investigation into the circumstances related to the creation by the US specialists of biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine” has been submitted to the State Duma. It was initiated by the Committee on Control.
“We should support the initiative to conduct a parliamentary investigation into the circumstances related to the creation by the US specialists of biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine, proposed by the members of the State Duma,” the document says.
The draft
resolution also proposes to appeal to the Federation Council to initiate
creation of a parliamentary commission to investigate the situation related to the biological laboratories located on the territory of Ukraine. If the initiative
is supported, the Commission will consist of 14 people. It is proposed to elect
representative of the State Duma Irina Yarovaya
Irina Anatolievna
, Deputy Chairwoman of the State
Duma, as the co-chair of the Commission.
