Vyacheslav Victorovich Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (Elected in a single mandate electoral district № 164 – Saratov district, Saratov Oblast) sent a telegram of condolences to Speaker of the National Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Asad Qaiser in connection with the crash of an airplane in Karachi.
